The Gallery School of Pottstown (GSP) is proud to announce a new fundraising initiative in partnership with Juan Carlos Fine Mexican Cuisine. Starting in November, Juan Carlos Fine Mexican Cuisine will donate 15% of a guest’s Tuesday dining tab to the Gallery School of Pottstown. These donations will help support the School’s mission to bring access to the arts to everyone in the community. Pottstown, Pennsylvania —On Saturday, November 5th from 11:00am to 3:00pm, visitors to Pottsgrove Manor will learn how beer was made in the colonial era with the program “…the common Family Way of Brewing.” Brewing beers of various strengths was often part of the colonial housewife’s responsibilities. Her aim was to produce healthful, palatable drinks to suit the size and needs of her family. In this program, food historian Dr. Clarissa F.
